The above photo of 17 new Catholic deacons – soon to be priests - is up on the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham website.
Their making took place at Westminster Cathedral earlier today.
Congratulations.

Congratulations to all the new deacons, who include among there numbers two former TAC clergy and one former CEC cleric.

Not CEC…. Fr. Dcn. Watts corrected on the Anglo-Catholic blog that he used to be a priest in the Anglican Province of America.
But (at least1) former CEC cleric(s) will be ordained for the American ordinariate.
+ PAX et BONUM
I just saw Rev. Mr. Watts post on the Anglo-Catholic. Very interesting, he is the first non-TAC Continuing Anglican clergyman to be ordained for an Ordinariate.
And the first American citizen beeing ordained under the provision of Anglicanorum Coetibus!
Rev. Mr. Watts has clarified things further on the Anglo-Catholic. He was actually in the CEC for a period of time in the early part of the last decade before returning to the APA in 2006.
