It is my prayer the Anglican Communion returns to an ABC that is biblically and historically, both Catholic and Reformed/Evangelical! But I deeply doubt this will happen, I am not sure one exists at present? At least one that can get there!
Btw, of those mentioned, I would choose the Bishop of Carlisle, James Newcome, an Evangelical type. And though I cannot of course follow his position on women in ministry, his position on gays in the priesthood is at least more civil, and he asks for their celibacy. He was also an officer (Lt.) in the TA of the British Army.
You have chosen one of the two ineligable bishops Fr. Bishop Newcome has been elected to the commission who chooses the next Archbishop, so cannot take the job himself.

Note I said “I would choose”! And technically I believe “he” could still be chosen?
