Confusion in Australia (ACCA – TAC)

Perhaps someone can help this genuine enquirer?
The Acting Primate of the Traditional Anglican Communion, according to his most recent Ad Clerum, mentioned a Tribunal to investigate the serious allegations against John Hepworth and/or Cheryl Woodman of financial mismanagement/ irregularities/fraud/theft within the Anglican Catholic Church in Australia. Who are the members of this Tribunal, and what are its findings? Is Peter Slipper involved/implicated – as Chancellor? What is the current status/title/role of these three people in ACCA/TAC?
Authority/responsibility for the Anglican Catholic Church in Australia was given by the Acting Primate to David Robarts and Owen Buckton. What part (if any!) will these men have in the ‘purported’ Synod next week? Where is to be held?
This is not the first enquiry received in this regard and people are now really wanting to know just what is going on Down Under.

The genuine enquirer doesn’t even have a name.
Actually, he/she does, but prefers anonymity, which is quite understandable given the level of persecution that has been meted out down there.
Perhaps someone who knows could answer the question, instead of ducking the issue.
The College of Bishops of the Traditional Anglican Communion will not under any circumstances deal with the Tribunal of Bishop John Hepworth on the blogs. It is considered a serious internal matter, and will be dealt with as such. The findings will be communicated to the relevant people once available. In the interim the process must be allowed to run it’s course. It needs to be placed on record that these proceedings are being conducted in strict accordance with the provisions as laid down in the Concordat, are procedurally correct and substantively fair. We request that the call for privacy be respected.
In as far as the ACCA is concerned, the Diocesan Administrator, Fr. Owen Buckton, is available to answer any and all queries .
Thank you Bp Gill.
This makes sense.
Bp Michael Gill, Secretary to the College of Bishops. Thank you for this! The TAC here is AUS has been through hell! I wish we had more men like you, and your Father Stephens in these parts.. He seems to be such an darn dedicated and honest priest.. A TAC asset.. Hang on to him. He seems to care. And has stuck his neck out much for you bishops.
We have quite a number of fine and decent priests in Australia, too.
And I second your comments regarding Bp Gill and Fr Smuts. Hope I haven’t offended anyone by saying that.
